Job Summary

Mindstix is looking for an AI Product Manager to lead next-gen AI initiatives across intelligent commerce, personalization, and automation. You will work at the intersection of strategy, data, design, and engineering to turn vague AI ideas into shipped products that move metrics like conversion, AOV, CLTV, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for product leaders who are fluent in both business outcomes and AI capabilities and are excited to build AI-native products for global retail, CPG, and SaaS brands.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Own the vision and roadmap for AI-powered features across conversational commerce, personalization, recommendations, search, forecasting, and internal productivity tools.

- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, frame problem statements, and define success metrics (business, user, and model-level).

- Translate complex workflows into AI-driven journeys and agentic flows, including triggers, context, human-in-the-loop interventions, and guardrails.

- Work closely with Data/ML Engineers and AI Engineers to define data contracts, evaluation frameworks, offline/online metrics, and feedback loops.

- Drive discovery and experimentation: A/B tests, prompt experiments, evaluation datasets, and UX experiments for AI features.

- Prioritize the roadmap using impact vs. effort, technical feasibility, and risk trade-offs while maintaining a sharp focus on customer value.

- Ensure AI experiences are trustworthy and safe: address explainability, failure modes, bias, hallucinations, privacy, and compliance considerations.

- Collaborate with Product Designers to craft clear, interpretable AI UX (clarity on uncertainty, controls, overrides, rationale).

- Work with GTM teams to position AI capabilities, define pricing/packaging options, and enable sales with explicit value stories and demos.





- Stay on top of the AI landscape (LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, LLMOps) and translate emerging capabilities into concrete opportunities for Mindstix and its customers.

- Cloud LLM Platforms

- Azure OpenAI / Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI

- OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, and enterprise deployments of open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, etc.)

- AI Application Orchestration

- LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar orchestration frameworks

- RAG pipelines: document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval strategies

- Agentic workflows: tool/function calling, multi-step agents, copilots for internal and customer-facing use cases

- Data Analytics

- Modern data stacks on Azure / GCP / AWS (data lakes, warehouses, CDP)

- BI, experimentation and product analytics tools to track impact and model performance
