AI-Native Mobile Engineer (India)

Mission: bring the company's mobile products to the next level — crypto users live on mobile (the industry benchmark apps are mobile-first) and our exchange currently has no next-level mobile presence.

Scope: L2U, SUT (Super App), Exchange, and other products by priority.

First concrete track: take the existing web version and build the mobile version of it by priority.

Responsibilities

- Design and ship high-quality mobile experiences (not ports — products with mobile-native philosophy)

- Work AI-natively: agent-assisted development with engineering-level verification (architecture and security over raw code output)

- Collaborate with the security/platform team; every release passes security review

Requirements

- 5+ years mobile engineering (iOS/Android/cross-platform)

- Strong mobile engineering track record; at least one shipped product they own end-to-end

- Demonstrated AI-assisted development workflow — shown, not claimed
- The philosophy gap we are hiring for: someone who genuinely wants to build a high-quality product, not just complete tickets

HR intake fields

- Working Hours (KST): 11:00–20:00 KST, Mon–Fri (= 07:30–16:00 IST)





- Work Setup:Remote — India fully remote; Bangalore company house available if beneficial, optional)

- Non-Negotiables (Disqualifiers): 5+ yrs mobile engineering (iOS/Android/cross-platform) · at least one shipped mobile product they own end-to-end (store link required at screening) · demonstrated AI-assisted development workflow (shown live or via artifact, not claimed) · can work the stated KST hours · can start within 30 days

- Hiring Process: Technical— Prescreening → HR Interview → Quest → Technical Interview → Job Offer
