Role Overview

​Role: AI/ML Engineer – GEO/AEO

​Openings: 5 Positions

​Location: Pune (In-Office | 5 Days/Week)

​Budget: ₹12 to ₹20 LPA

​Experience Required: 1 – 4 Years

​Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days

​ Key Responsibilities

​AI/ML Development: Assist in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, semantic search, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases.

​Search Optimization: Support GEO, AEO, and SGE initiatives to optimize content and data for AI-powered search, conversational queries, and LLM-based experiences.

​Performance Analysis: Analyze search intent, AI-generated responses, retrieval patterns, citations, and ranking signals to identify performance opportunities.

​Experimentation & Assessment:



Build experiments, evaluation frameworks, and measurement approaches to assess GEO/AEO effectiveness.

​Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, SEO, and Marketing teams to implement scalable AI solutions.

​ Mandatory Qualifications

​Education: B.Tech / Dual degree (B.Tech + M.Tech / Integrated M.Sc/MS) or equivalent from Tier 1 Institutes (IITs, NITs, VIT, BITS, DTU, NSUT, etc.).

​Company Background: Prior experience working in top-scale product-based companies.

​Domain Experience: 1–4 years hands-on experience in rank modeling, GEO, AEO, or SGE, optimizing for AI-driven search interfaces.

​Technical Stack: Strong hands-on experience with Python, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Search, RAG-based systems, and contemporary NLP.

​Ecosystem Knowledge: Good understanding of modern search engines, semantic search, entity-based optimization, schema/knowledge representation, and platforms like ChatGPT or Google Gemini.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
