We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer – LLM & Python to join our growing AI team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills and hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, RAG, and modern AI frameworks.

You will work on real-world AI solutions involving intelligent assistants, document processing, automation, AI agents, and LLM-powered applications. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and product teams to design, develop, integrate, and optimize scalable AI solutions for clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python and Generative AI technologies.
- Build applications using LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Llama, Qwen, and other open-source models.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for AI applications.
- Work with embeddings, semantic search, document processing, and vector databases.
- Build intelligent AI workflows and agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services for AI-powered applications.
- Integrate LLM APIs and third-party AI services into existing applications.
- Design effective prompts and improve response quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Evaluate AI outputs and identify opportunities to reduce hallucinations and improve overall system performance.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to prepare information for AI and LLM applications.
- Optimize AI applications for latency, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Debug, troubleshoot,



and resolve issues across AI pipelines and backend services.
- Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Document AI workflows, integrations, technical decisions, and development processes.
- Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, NLP, and AI development frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–4 years of professional experience in AI/ML Engineering, Machine Learning, Python Development, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP fundamentals.
- Practical experience with Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating RAG applications.
- Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience with at least one LLM/AI framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar.
- Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Hugging Face.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Strong analytical, debugging,



and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.

Good to Have

- Experience building AI Agents or Agentic AI workflows.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
- Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers and open-source LLMs.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation, guardrails, structured outputs, or function/tool calling.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Basic understanding of MLOps/LLMOps and production AI deployment.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- GitHub projects, AI/ML portfolio, or experience building AI prototypes and production applications.
