Job Purpose The AI/ML Chatbot &

- AI Dashboard Developer will be responsible for designing and developing intelligent chatbots and AI-powered dashboards that interact naturally with users. The role involves implementing machine learning algorithms to improve chatbot accuracy and performance, developing user-friendly interfaces, integrating AI solutions with existing systems, and ensuring effective testing, maintenance, and continuous enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Chatbot Development: Design and develop conversational chatbots capable of understanding and responding to user queries naturally and accurately.

- Machine Learning Implementation: Apply machine learning techniques and algorithms to enhance chatbot accuracy, performance, and overall effectiveness.

- AI Dashboard &
- UI Development:

Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for chatbots and AI dashboards to ensure a seamless user experience.

- System Integration: Integrate chatbots and AI solutions with existing systems and services, including CRMs, databases, and other enterprise applications.

- Testing &

- Debugging:

Conduct regular testing, identify technical issues, troubleshoot errors, and ensure optimal functionality.

- Maintenance &

- Enhancement:

Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and feature enhancements to ensure reliable chatbot and dashboard performance.

- AI/ML Innovation: Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies,



and advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and incorporate relevant improvements.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering development processes, system changes, updates, and enhancements.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective AI/ML solutions.

Experience Requirements

- 3 6 years of proven experience in AI/ML, chatbot development, and AI dashboard development.

- Solid programming skills in Python, Java, and/or C++.

- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Experience in UI/UX design and development of user-friendly interfaces.

- Practical experience with system integration, including integration with CRMs, databases, and other services.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to manage development activities/projects effectively.

- Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with developments in AI and ML.

Education Qualification

Essential:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred:

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline would be an advantage.
