We’re looking for an execution-focused AI Growth & Automation Specialist to drive lead generation, nurturing and conversions using AI, WhatsApp, Email, CRM and AI-powered calling .

**Mumbai-based candidates are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage AI-powered calling & lead qualification
- Execute WhatsApp & Email marketing campaigns
- Build lead nurturing and reactivation journeys
- Manage CRM, lead segmentation & follow-ups

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini

• Work with automation platforms such as AiSensy, WATI, Interakt, Mailchimp, SendGrid

- Track campaign performance, leads, meetings & conversions
- Continuously optimise campaigns and automation workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years in Growth Marketing, Lead Generation, WhatsApp/Email Marketing, CRM or Marketing Automation

- Solid communication and analytical skills
- Hands-on, execution-oriented approach
- Experience with AI/automation tools is preferred
- High-volume lead database experience is a plus
