Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced AI / GenAI Developer – Python with 5–10 years of overall software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Python, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, Embeddings, Vector Search, FastAPI, SQL, and Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and production-ready AI/GenAI applications. Candidates should have practical experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, backend APIs, and vector search solutions.

Key Responsibilities  Develop and deploy GenAI/LLM applications and AI-powered solutions using Python.  Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.  Build AI agents and intelligent workflows using LLMs and related frameworks.  Apply Prompt Engineering techniques to improve LLM performance, accuracy, and reliability.  Work with LangChain and other LLM application frameworks.  Integrate LLM platforms and models including OpenAI/ChatGPT, LLaMA, Claude, and Amazon Bedrock.  Develop scalable backend APIs and AI services using Python and FastAPI.  Implement semantic search and retrieval solutions using embeddings and vector databases.  Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or similar technologies.



 Develop document processing and knowledge extraction pipelines using tools such as PyMuPDF, PyPDF2, Pandas, and related libraries.  Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL for application and AI data management.  Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external services.  Deploy and support scalable AI solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and On Premise environments.  Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, cost, and response latency.  Follow best practices for security, data privacy, testing, monitoring, and production deployment.  Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.  Practical experience developing and deploying GenAI/LLM applications.  Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.  Experience developing production-ready AI applications rather than only POCs.  Strong API development experience using FastAPI.  Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.  Experience deploying applications in cloud or on-premise environments.

Preferred Candidate

Profile  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Ability to design and develop scalable AI solutions independently.  Good understanding of LLM architecture and GenAI application patterns.  Experience integrating multiple LLM providers and AI services.  Strong understanding of production software engineering practices.  Good communication and collaboration skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
