Responsibilities:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Expert who understands the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and can identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools to improve business productivity, content creation, research, marketing, automation, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of major AI platforms and tools, understand their real-world applications, and be able to recommend the right AI solution for a particular business requirement.

Key Skills:

- Research, test, compare, and implement the latest AI tools and platforms.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes, productivity, and efficiency.
- Work with Generative AI, AI agents, automation, LLMs, image/video generation, research tools, and AI-powered productivity platforms.
- Create effective prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted processes for different departments.
- Develop and manage AI-based workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, NotebookLM, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, and other emerging platforms.
- Explore and implement AI automation and agent-based workflows.
- Use AI for business research, market research, technical research, content development, documentation, presentations, reports, and data analysis.
- Train team members on practical and effective use of AI tools.
- Continuously monitor new AI tools, models, features,



and technologies and evaluate their potential business applications.
- Maintain a library of practical AI tools, prompts, workflows, and best practices.
- Ensure responsible and accurate use of AI, including fact-checking and human review of AI-generated output.

- Experience with CRM, marketing, content, research, or business-process automation.
- Experience using AI for technical or industrial research and documentation.
- Understanding of data privacy, AI limitations, copyright, and responsible AI usage.
