Role Overview:

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated artificial intelligence models that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product stakeholders, to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures. Your day-to-day will involve building scalable pipelines, fine-tuning generative models, and implementing agentic workflows that automate decision-making processes, ultimately impacting how our clients leverage data to achieve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions that address specific business challenges and improve predictive accuracy for our clients.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI models and Agentic AI frameworks to automate complex workflows and enhance user interaction capabilities.
- Optimize data processing pipelines within the Databricks environment to ensure high-performance data ingestion and model training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and translate technical outcomes into clear business metrics.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation, ensuring that all AI systems are scalable, maintainable, and secure.




- Troubleshoot and refine existing models by analyzing performance data and implementing iterative improvements to meet evolving business needs.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python for developing complex algorithms and production-grade AI applications.
- Extensive experience in designing and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI systems that solve real-world enterprise problems.
- Strong command over Machine Learning lifecycle management, including model training, evaluation, and deployment strategies.
- Advanced technical expertise in Databricks for managing large-scale data processing and collaborative analytics.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation, alongside deep experience in handling JSON data structures for API integrations.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively within a remote or distributed team environment.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of qualified experience in AI/ML engineering roles, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-impact technical projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
