Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative visual storyteller to be the face and voice of JobExcello across social media. You will conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-converting video content (reels, shorts, promotional videos) to drive app downloads and website traffic. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics, drafting scripts, and using AI tools to ideate and generate content concepts for videos, social media, and other digital channels.

Qualifications

- Ability to create clear, engaging written content (scriptwriting, copywriting, storyboarding) for videos and digital channels.
- Foundational skills in video production (camera handling, basic lighting and audio setup) and video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Interest or experience in using AI tools (e.g., generative AI for text and visuals, AI-assisted video or design tools)



to enhance creativity and production efficiency.
- Basic understanding of digital media and marketing concepts, including social media content formats, audience engagement, and brand-consistent communication.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex technology topics into accessible, audience-friendly content.
- Comfort with hybrid work in Noida, including in office production days and remote content tasks.
- Preferred: Degree or coursework in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Film, Design, Computer Science, or related fields; familiarity with IT, cloud, data

Ideal Skills & Profile:

- Strong portfolio of short-form video content and social media editing.
- Proficiency with modern video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci) and generative AI content tools.
- Highly creative with an intuitive understanding of hook-driven digital storytelling.

Compensation & Growth Path

- Structure: This is a 3-month Trainee/Internship program designed to test your real-world execution.
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (Fixed) for the first 3 months.
- The Upside: This is an audition for a permanent role. If you consistently hit the targets, take complete ownership of your vertical, and contribute directly to the company’s growth you will be offered a highly competitive full-time position immediately following the 3-month period.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to create a 30-second promotional reel for Job Excello. Final interview to follow.
