This is primarily a Business Analyst 70% / Process Consultant 30% role supporting AI and Automation programmes rather than a hands-on AI Engineering position.

The client is primarily looking for candidates with strong experience in:

- Process Discovery & Workshop Facilitation
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- BPMN / Process Mapping (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.)
- Stakeholder Management
- Business Case Development & Opportunity Assessment
- Working with Automation/AI initiatives (RPA, GenAI, Intelligent Automation)
- Daylight Saving Time (MarchNovember): 3:30 PM IST – 12:30 AM IST
- Standard Time (November–March): 4:30 PM IST – 1:30 IST

Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to map, document, and analyze end-to-end processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-driven automation
- Support the development and delivery of AI process automation solutions, working closely with IT technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable specifications
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams to uncover automation opportunities and build shared understanding of process improvement goals




- Prepare compelling progress reports and communications to ensure automation initiative updates are effectively shared with business and IT stakeholders

Skills

- Demonstrated business analysis or process consulting skills with 3–5 years of experience leading process discovery workshops, documenting complex workflows, and developing clear business cases for technology investment.
- Hands-on experience with process mapping and workflow analysis tools (e.g. Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and process modelling notations such as BPMN
- Practical understanding of AI and automation technologies, including RPA, generative AI, and intelligent automation platforms, and the ability to assess their applicability to business processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across functions and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Proven ability to evaluate and prioritize opportunities, with strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an agile or iterative delivery workplace, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
