ABOUT THE ROLE

F5 Global Talent is hiring an AI Automation Specialist to become the company’s internal go-to person for AI, automation, and workflow improvement.

Your job starts by understanding how the business actually operates — identifying processes that waste time, create errors, or slow teams down — and deciding where AI or automation can create meaningful value.

Then you’ll build the solution yourself using tools such as Zapier, Make, AI models, APIs, CRMs, spreadsheets, email, project-management platforms, and other business systems.

This is not a traditional software-development role. The hardest part is not simply connecting tools — it’s knowing what is worth automating, designing the right solution, putting it into production, and proving afterward that it actually improved the business.

This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in India, working full U.S. business hours, approximately 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation across business operations
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows using Zapier, Make, and similar platforms
- Integrate AI models and APIs with CRMs, spreadsheets, email, project-management tools, accounting systems, and internal databases
- Design multi-step workflows around real operational and administrative processes
- Own projects from problem identification through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Test current AI tools through pilots and proof-of-concepts
- Evaluate new tools based on reliability and ROI — not novelty
- Brief leadership on new AI developments and where they may or may not create business value
- Measure the impact of your work through hours saved, errors reduced, costs avoided, and other measurable outcomes




- Monitor and continuously improve automations after they go live

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations that were actually used in production
- Strong practical understanding of LLMs, AI assistants, and AI agents
- Strong experience with Zapier and/or Make
- Experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms
- Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs into business workflows
- Experience with prompt design and AI workflow development
- Experience connecting CRMs, email, spreadsheets, project-management tools, and other business systems
- Ability to independently take a problem from identification through a working production solution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good judgment about what should — and should not — be automated
- Ability to measure whether an automation actually delivered value
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong documentation and knowledge-management skills
- Availability to work the full U.S. business-hours shift, approximately 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST

NICE TO HAVE

- Python scripting experience for custom integrations
- Strong API and webhook experience
- Experience building AI agents or complex multi-step AI workflows
- Experience with AI platforms beyond basic chatbot usage
- Experience in energy, real estate, construction, or professional services
- Familiarity with AI data privacy and responsible-AI practices
- Experience evaluating AI tools based on measurable ROI
