We are looking for an AI Agentic Technology Specialist who understands the latest AI tools, agentic workflows, and automation technologies. The role will focus on identifying business processes that can be improved through AI agents, implementing AI-powered workflows, and helping the organization adopt practical AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify repetitive business processes that can be automated using AI agents.
Research and evaluate new AI tools, platforms, and agentic technologies.
Design AI-powered workflows for marketing, sales, HR, customer support, and operations.
Set up and manage AI agents using no-code/low-code and AI automation platforms.
Connect AI tools with CRM, WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and other business applications.
Create effective prompts, workflows, and instructions for AI agents.
Test AI agents and monitor their accuracy, performance, and output quality.
Continuously improve existing AI workflows based on business requirements.
Train internal teams on practical use of AI tools.
Stay updated with emerging developments in Agentic AI, Generative AI, automation, and AI productivity tools.
Work closely with management to identify opportunities for AI-driven business automation.
Required Skills-
Good understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
Understanding of AI agents, workflows, APIs,
RAG, and AI automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into AI-based solutions.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to continuously learn new AI technologies.
Good to Have:
Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
Experience with CRM or marketing automation.
Experience implementing AI solutions for business operations.
Basic knowledge of Python is an advantage, but coding is not the primary requirement.
