? Qualification

- Graduate in Agriculture, Rural Development or Social Work

?‍? Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience working with rural communities, women’s livelihood programs, farm or non-farm enterprises preferred

? Female Candidates Only ? Key Responsibilities

- Mobilize communities and identify, screen & select Women Entrepreneurs (WEs)
- Support WEs in identifying farm/non-farm livelihood opportunities and developing viable business plans
- Organize WE meetings, women group meetings & community engagement sessions
- Facilitate technical & entrepreneurship training in agriculture, livestock, poultry, handicrafts, tailoring & other local enterprises
- Provide mentoring on enterprise establishment, operations, business growth & problem-solving
- Facilitate linkages with government departments,



financial institutions, markets, buyers, suppliers & skill-development institutions
- Support access to finance, government schemes, technology & market opportunities
- Document progress, outcomes, success stories & field-level challenges

? Requirements

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good proficiency in written & spoken Hindi; English desirable
- Basic computer skills & MS Office
- Willingness to travel extensively within project locations
- Personal vehicle mandatory for travel & fieldwork
- Dynamic individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a fast-paced setting
