Job Title: AGM/AVP - F&A; Tower Lead

Candidate Expectations Candidate should have minimum 15+ years of solid domain experience in the Finance & Accounting (F&A;)

Own end-to-end R2R / P2P / O2C processes: General Ledger, Intercompany, Invoice processing, AP Cycle, AR Cycle and Reporting.

Candidate Location-Anywhere in India

Skills – Finance and Accounting, F&A; Delivery, Tower Leader, Transformation, Multi industry, Multi Geo, Client management.

Candidate Industry (BPO / KPO / GBS / GCC / GSS / Captive Shared Services)

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in finance or commerce is necessary

Post Graduate degree MBA in Finance or CA/CPA equivalent would be preferred

Specific Remarks: 15 years regular stream of education mandatory, Distance/Correspondence education not accepted

15+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A;) Domain

Own end-to-end R2R / P2P / O2C processes: General Ledger, Intercompany, Invoice processing, AP Cycle, AR Cycle and Reporting.

Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.

Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etc

Manage people’s performance, recruitment, productivity, and appraisals. (75-150+ FTEs)

Lead client governance, QBRs/MBRs





Controllership & Compliance (SOX/ICFR)

Global Stakeholder Management (Controller/CFO Level)

Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and project management for operational excellence.

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for KPI governance, audits, and contract amendments.

Champion transformation, automation, and continuous improvement leveraging ERP and analytics tools.

Strong domain knowledge in Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) with prior BPO experience.

Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC) and tools like Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx.

Excellent soft skills: stakeholder management, presentation, articulation, and multitasking.

Proven experience in client-facing roles, KPI governance, audits, and business contract management.

Expertise in project management, transition, and process transformation initiatives.

AP ECC / SAP S4 HANA, BlackLine, Power BI, Power Query

Advanced Excel, RPA & AI Automation Solutions, Fixed Assets Accounting

Lease Accounting & Revenue Recognition, IFRS / US GAAP Knowledge, Governance Risk & Audit Management

Must have good communication skills, Executive Communication & Storytelling
