Elior India is looking for an accomplished finance skilled to join our leadership team as AGM – Business Finance (FP&A;).

About the Role The AGM – Business Finance (FP&A;) will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across Elior India. The role will partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, enable data-driven decision-making and drive business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, financial planning and forecasting.

Drive monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis.

Develop financial models, scenario analysis and risk assessment.

Partner with business teams on operational efficiency, growth and investment decisions.

Monitor financial and operational KPIs and provide actionable insights.

Prepare management reports, dashboards and executive summaries.





Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A; team.

Drive best practices and continuous improvement across FP&A; processes.

Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Candidate Profile

CA / MBA Finance / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

10–12+ years of relevant experience in FP&A; / financial management.

Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business partnering.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

High level of integrity, ownership and accountability.
