Klickzy is at an exciting stage of growth, and we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want another job.

We’re looking for an Agency Manager who wants to help build, grow and scale a company.

This is not a typical “manage clients and complete tasks” role. We need someone who can work closely with the Founder, take ownership of the agency, bring in new business, manage clients and teams, identify opportunities, and help Klickzy expand into new domains.

What you’ll be responsible for

? Business Growth

- Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities.
- Participate in pitches, meetings and strategy discussions.
- Help convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
- Explore new industries, services, partnerships and revenue streams.
- Identify opportunities for Klickzy to expand beyond its current offerings.
- Bring ideas to the table—and take ownership of executing them.

? Client & Agency Management
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Ensure smooth communication, strategy, execution and reporting.
- Handle client concerns and improve retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and increase account value.
- Coordinate designers, video editors, content creators and marketers.
- Set priorities, solve bottlenecks and ensure things actually get done.

What new clients can we bring in?

What new domain, service or revenue stream can we build?

This role comes with freedom.

You will have the space to take decisions,
