Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Affiliate Manager to support the growth of Vserv's Affiliate Business across India and International markets. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in affiliate marketing, performance advertising, campaign management, publisher coordination, and partner relationships.

In this role, you will work closely with the Affiliate Manager to execute affiliate campaigns, manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with publishers and advertisers, monitor campaign performance, and help drive revenue growth through effective campaign execution and partner engagement.

You will be supporting the Affiliate Manager in the implementation and execution of our affiliate campaigns. Co-ordinating day to day campaign activities, reporting and making sure that affiliates are informed of all promotional campaigns.



As an affiliate marketing person you will collaborate with our operation team in all stages of affiliate marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our affiliate partnerships.

Responsibilities :

- Support the Affiliate Head in daily administrative tasks
- Help manage relationships with the affiliate partners
- Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners
- Help grow revenue for the affiliate marketing channel
- Keep affiliates up to date with the current campaigns and promotions
- Deliver weekly progress and activity reports
- Good understanding of the marketing goals and techniques
- Keen to get involved in administrative duties in developing and implementing Affiliate marketing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting and reporting
- Excel and numerical skills with good attention to detail
- Keen to learn and to develop skills further
- Well organized, with the ability to work independently and set your own targets, manage your tasks and your time.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and above all, results driven. We are looking for candidates who want responsibility and have the desire to achieve. You will need to be a strong team player and excellent at prioritization.
