Role Responsibilities
- Create realistic aerospace and flight-dynamics tasks for AI training and evaluation.
- Develop simulation models, calculations, schematics, and technical assets.
- Build and validate golden geometries, mission plans, routes, and airframe files.
- Use 2+ tools such as OpenVSP, XFLR5, FlightGear+JSBSim, OpenRocket, or QGroundControl.
- Validate simulation results through analytical checks and review engineering submissions.
- Document methodologies, assumptions, workflows, and engineering decisions.
Requirements
- Strong years of skilled experience in Aerospace or Flight-Dynamics Engineering.
- Hands-on scripting experience.
- Proficiency in 2+ aerospace tools including OpenVSP, XFLR5, FlightGear+JSBSim, OpenRocket, or QGroundControl.
- Strong engineering problem-definition, analytical validation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with technical documentation, peer review, and quality assessment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate engineering assumptions clearly.
