Role Description As an AEM Technical Architect at Codilar Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and guiding the implementation of Adobe Experience Manager–based solutions for enterprise clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, define integration patterns with commerce platforms and other enterprise systems, and ensure adherence to performance, security, and reliability standards. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with product owners, UX designers, and engineering teams, creating technical design documents, performing code and architecture reviews,



and mentoring developers on AEM best practices.

You will participate in solution estimation, contribute to RFPs and proposals, and support continuous improvement of the AEM delivery framework and reusable components. This is a full-time, remote role, requiring close collaboration with distributed teams and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Templates, Components) and related Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with the ability to architect scalable and modular AEM implementations.
- Proficiency in core web technologies such as Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, RESTful APIs, and front-end frameworks (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) for building and integrating AEM solutions.
- Experience designing integrations with commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus), third-party services, and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and microservices.
- Skills in performance optimization, security best practices, caching strategies, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or other managed AEM hosting environments).
- Ability to create technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams, and to conduct code reviews and technical audits to ensure quality and consistency.
- Demonstrated experience in leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote, distributed workplace.
