Jurisiti is looking for an experienced, dedicated and highly capable Core Litigation Advocate to join our legal team on a full-time, onsite basis.

We are specifically looking for a lawyer with strong hands-on experience in courtroom litigation, who understands litigation strategy, drafting, court procedures and day-to-day conduct of cases.

⚖️ PositionCore Litigation Advocate – Civil & Commercial Litigation

? QualificationMaster’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) is mandatory.

? ExperienceMinimum 5–6 years of professional experience in core litigation.

Candidates should have substantial practical experience in litigation and court proceedings rather than primarily advisory, transactional or corporate legal work.

? Our Areas of PracticeOur practice is focused only and exclusively on litigation and dispute resolution, including:

- Civil Litigation

• Commercial Litigation

• Business & Corporate Disputes

• Consumer Litigation

• Court Cases & Proceedings

• Arbitration Matters

• Cheque Bounce / Section 138 NI Act Matters

• Drafting, filing and arguing pleadings and applications

• Conducting hearings and managing litigation strategy

• Legal research and preparation of case briefs

• Coordination with clients, courts, counsels and other stakeholders

?‍⚖️ Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate should:

✅ Have 5–6+ years of genuine core litigation experience

✅ Hold a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.)

✅ Have strong exposure to civil and commercial courts





✅ Be comfortable with drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions and legal notices

✅ Have experience in court appearances, arguments and case management

✅ Possess strong legal research and analytical skills

✅ Understand litigation strategy and be capable of independently handling matters

✅ Have practical knowledge of arbitration and cheque bounce matters

✅ Be confident, articulate and professionally presentable before courts and clients

✅ Be capable of managing multiple matters and meeting filing and hearing deadlines

? Work LocationJanakpuri – Dabri Mor, New Delhi

This is a FULL-TIME, ONSITE POSITION.

? Working Days & HoursMonday to Saturday

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? ImportantThis position is specifically for a core litigation lawyer.

Candidates whose experience is primarily in:

- Corporate advisory
- Contract drafting
- In-house legal roles
- Compliance
- Documentation
- Transactional work
- Non-litigation legal practice may not be suitable for this role.
