Jurisiti is looking for a Core Litigation Advocate with 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience to join our litigation team on a full-time, onsite basis in Pune.

We are looking for a lawyer who has a genuine interest in courtroom litigation and wants to build a strong career in core civil and commercial litigation.

⚖️ About the RoleThe selected candidate will work exclusively on litigation and dispute-resolution matters, including court appearances, drafting, research, case preparation, client conferences and assisting in the overall conduct of matters.

?‍⚖️ Who We Are Looking ForWe are specifically looking for a core litigation lawyer with:

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in core litigation

• Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.)

• Strong interest and practical exposure in courtroom litigation

• Good understanding of civil and commercial laws and procedures

• Experience in drafting pleadings, applications, replies, written statements, legal notices and other court documents

• Ability to conduct legal research and prepare case briefs

• Ability to assist in and independently handle court appearances commensurate with experience

• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills

• Professional approach towards clients, courts and colleagues

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced litigation workplace





• Candidates who are serious about building a long-term career in litigation are preferred

? Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve:

- Handling and assisting in civil, commercial, consumer and business disputes
- Preparing and reviewing pleadings, applications, affidavits, notices and other legal documents
- Conducting detailed legal research and case-law analysis
- Preparing matters for hearings, arguments and conferences
- Appearing before courts and tribunals, as required
- Assisting in arbitration proceedings
- Handling cheque bounce matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
- Coordinating with clients and assisting in case strategy
- Tracking case proceedings, deadlines and filings
- Assisting senior advocates in complex litigation matters
