Advocate / Legal Manager with hands-on experience in civil litigation, land and property matters, criminal, RERA, revenue proceedings and legal drafting.

This is a practical, execution-oriented role. The selected candidate will independently monitor and coordinate ongoing legal matters, prepare drafts, attend courts and government authorities where required, work with legal clerks and external advocates, and ensure that every matter is followed up on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and monitor ongoing civil, property and land-related litigation
- Attend Civil Courts, Revenue Authorities and other legal forums as required
- Handle and coordinate proceedings before Tahsildar, SDO, Collector, Talathi, Circle Office, Land Records and other government authorities

- Draft and review

- Plaints and written statements

- Interim and injunction applications
- Replies, objections and affidavits

- Legal notices and responses

- Revenue applications and representations
- Police complaints / representations relating to property disputes
- Sale Deeds,



Development Agreements, MOUs, POAs and other property documents
- Conduct legal research and analyse case papers
- Review land records including 7/12 extracts, mutation entries, title documents and revenue records
- Assist in title verification and property due diligence
- Maintain a proper case calendar, next hearing dates, pending actions and deadlines
- Obtain and monitor orders, roznama, certified copies and court/revenue records
- Coordinate work assigned to legal clerks
- Coordinate with senior advocates and specialist counsels in significant matters
- Prepare concise case briefs before hearings and conferences
- Give management clear and timely updates regarding legal status, risks and next steps
- Ensure matters move forward without requiring repeated reminders or follow-up from management
- Willingness to travel outside Pune for legal proceedings and assignments
