Jurisiti is looking for a Core Litigation Advocate with 3–4+ years of substantial litigation experience to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Mumbai.

⚖️ About the Role

We are looking for a lawyer who has strong hands-on experience in core litigation and is comfortable independently handling court matters, drafting, appearances, arguments, conferences and day-to-day litigation work.

Our practice is focused exclusively on litigation and dispute resolution, particularly:

- Civil Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
- Business & Corporate Disputes
- Consumer Litigation
- Court Cases & Proceedings
- Arbitration Matters
- Cheque Bounce / Section 138 NI Act Matters

?‍⚖️ Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:

✅ 3–4+ years of practical experience in core litigation

✅ Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.)

✅ Strong exposure to court proceedings and litigation practice

✅ Valuable drafting and legal research skills

✅ Ability to prepare pleadings, applications, written submissions and other court documents

✅ Experience in conducting matters before courts, tribunals, consumer forums and arbitral proceedings





✅ Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law relevant to litigation

✅ Excellent communication, advocacy and analytical skills

✅ Ability to independently manage assigned matters and meet deadlines

✅ Professional attitude, attention to detail and willingness to work in a demanding litigation environment
