Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Agentforce Developer with 4+ years in Salesforce development and 1+ years building AI-powered agents. You will design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce to automate sales, service, and revenue workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Agent Building: Design and configure Agentforce agents, topics, actions, and instructions.
- Integrations: Develop custom integrations using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Revenue Cloud & Grounding: Connect agents with CPQ/Billing data and ground LLMs using Salesforce Data Cloud and Prompt Builder.
- Safety & Performance: Test, monitor,



and fine-tune agent logic, guardrails, and hallucination controls.

Required Qualifications

- Salesforce AI: Deep expertise in Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, and LLM/RAG concepts.
- Development: Solid proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures).
- Data & Revenue: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Revenue Cloud/CPQ.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science or related field.
