- Conduct financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings reports for buy-side and sell-side transactions for PE, VC, family-owned businesses and corporate clients
- Analyze financial and operational results to prepare Quality of Earnings reports
- Prepare detailed financial analysis that will help our clients to evaluate acquisitions decisions and financing arrangements
- Evaluate financial information to identify issues/opportunities and recommend post-acquisition measures
- Work closely with clients, investment banks, PE investors, attorneys and other key stakeholders under the supervision of US-based project leads
- Participate in client meetings to gather data and valuable information to perform financial analysis work
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in accounting, business or finance from an accredited university.
- Chartered Accountant or CFA certification is preferred
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in transaction advisory services in a top-tier accredited public accounting or consulting firm
- Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP

- Experience in working and communicating with mid-level accounting and/or deal related professionals in the US

- Flexibility in daily work schedule to be available for occasional client time-sensitive requests or deliverables
