:

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Target Developer to design, implement, and optimize experimentation and personalization solutions across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in Adobe Target, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Adobe Analytics, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective testing and personalization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, personalization activities, and experimentation solutions using Adobe Target.
- Understand the clients website and mobile application architecture, digital business model, customer journeys, and digital marketing objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, KPIs, functional requirements, and technical requirements for experimentation and personalization initiatives.
- Design customized Adobe Target solutions and implementation approaches aligned with business objectives.
- Create and configure activities using Adobe Target, including hands-on experience with the Form-Based Composer.
- Develop and implement custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including custom code within the Visual Experience Composer (VEC).
- Develop and manage Adobe Target Profile Scripts to support personalization and audience-based experiences.
- Support Adobe Target SDK implementation for native and hybrid mobile applications.
- Work with client development teams to implement, validate, and troubleshoot Adobe Target solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve experience rendering, targeting, activity configuration, and implementation issues.
- Work with Adobe Target APIs for activity management, personalization, and integration requirements.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics to create segments, analyze campaign performance,



and generate reports for experimentation and personalization initiatives.
- Monitor test performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and solution specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, UX, and development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6 - 11 years of experience in Adobe Target, digital experimentation, personalization, or related technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Target implementation and administration.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing and multivariate testing.
- Hands-on experience creating activities using the Adobe Target Form-Based Composer.
- Strong experience with Visual Experience Composer (VEC), including custom code implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Target Profile Scripts.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Target APIs.
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting Adobe Target SDK on native and hybrid mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of experience rendering, targeting, audience segmentation, and personalization concepts.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics for reporting, segmentation, and campaign analysis.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work directly with client and technical teams.

Good to Have:

- Adobe Target certification.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
- Experience working with digital analytics, personalization, and customer experience platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale experimentation and personalization programs.
