Job Title: Manager Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Manager Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to manage and optimize our Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP). The role involves building and maintaining customer segments, managing data flows, defining audience activation rules, and ensuring seamless integration of data sources like Adobe Analytics, CRM, POS, and e-commerce systems. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Adobe AEP and have a robust understanding of customer data, segmentation logic, and omni-channel personalization use cases.

Key Responsibilities

A. Platform Management & Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations of Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP).
- Ensure proper ingestion, mapping, and harmonization of data from Adobe Analytics, CRM, POS, and digital platforms.
- Monitor data quality, identity resolution, and audience accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and Adobe support teams for platform governance and maintenance.

B. Audience Segmentation & Activation




- Build and maintain customer segments and activation rules within AEP. • Use behavioural, transactional, and demographic data to create actionable audiences.
- Enable audience sharing and activation across Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and other downstream systems.
- Support campaign execution with accurate and timely audience delivery.

C. Data & Analytics Integration
- Work closely with analytics and CRM teams to define data schemas, attributes, and use cases.
- Leverage insights from Adobe Analytics to refine segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and consent management frameworks.

D. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and store teams to understand business goals and translate them into audience strategies. • Coordinate with Adobe consultants and internal IT for implementation and troubleshooting.
- Document workflows, rules, and operational best practices.
