Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an Admissions Specialist at The Narayana Group, located in Faridabad.

The Admissions

Specialist will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, conducting outreach to recruit students, and addressing inquiries about programs and facilities. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with educational teams,



supporting enrollment goals, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and Student Recruiting to drive enrollment and achieve institutional goals
- Knowledge and passion for the Education sector, with a focus on student success and advocacy
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks and build positive relationships
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software for admissions and recruitment processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or sales will be an advantage
