Sparring Player is a sports-tech platform connecting badminton and tennis players with coaches, sparring partners and clubs.

Role : Admn Manager {Full-time}

Location: AIC, ISB Campus Mohali, Punjab

Monthly Salary: Rs. 16,000- Rs. 21,000

What You’ll Do

- Manage WhatsApp communication and campaigns.
- Handle CRM operations and email marketing.
- Attend customer booking calls
- Manage social-media engagement
- Pitch MoreBiz to coaches and academy owners.
- Support SEO initiatives and day-to-day work in the Founder’s Office.
- Coordinate across multiple tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

- Robust communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfort with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, email, and marketing tools.




- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.

Someone who can take ownership, solve problems independently, and work closely with the founding team.

A genuine interest in sports, startups, and building something from the ground up would be a plus.
