Role Description This is a remote internship role for an Advertising Intern.

The Advertising

Intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of online advertising campaigns that promote rural sellers and e-commerce initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with market research, preparing ad copies and creatives with guidance, monitoring campaign performance, and compiling basic reports. The intern will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align advertising activities with broader outreach goals, and help identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.





The role offers hands-on experience in digital advertising within an impact-driven, technology-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform basic data analysis for campaign performance and audience insights.
- Effective communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication for coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Interest or foundational knowledge in marketing and advertising, with a willingness to learn digital marketing practices.
- General understanding of sales concepts and customer behavior in online marketplaces.
- Comfort with using online tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software; familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and following instructions.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Genuine interest in rural development, technology adoption in underserved areas, and inclusive e-commerce growth.
