The Admission Counselor will be responsible for generating student walk-ins, counseling prospective students, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role requires robust communication, sales, and follow-up skills with a clear focus on achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms.
2. Counsel prospective students on programs, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
3. Generate and maximize walk-ins, applications, and enrollments from assigned leads.
4. Conduct regular and timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
5. Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
6. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
7. Achieve assigned monthly walk-in, conversion, and enrollment targets.
8. Participate in campaigns, webinars, open days, and other activities to generate new leads.




9. Maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the admission process.
10. Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
