Role Description The Admission Outreach Team member is responsible for engaging prospective students and families, providing accurate information about Radcliffe School’s programs, and guiding them through the admission process. This full-time on-site role, based in Bhopal, includes daily tasks such as responding to admission inquiries, conducting campus tours, organizing outreach events, and maintaining applicant records. The role involves coordinating with academic and administrative staff, supporting admission campaigns, and following up with leads to ensure a smooth and positive experience for families.





Team members also contribute to local outreach initiatives, school fairs, and community events to strengthen awareness of Radcliffe School.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with students and families.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and ensure a welcoming admission experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Student Recruiting skills to engage prospective families, present school offerings, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding, enabling effective discussion of curricula, school values, and learning outcomes.
