We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellors with a background in EdTech, Online Education, Student Counselling, Admissions, or Online Degree Enrolment.

Location: Ranchi | In office

Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

Experience: 3–5 Years

CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities• Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

- Understand students' academic and career requirements.
- Guide students towards suitable Online Education programs.
- Manage follow-ups throughout the complete admission and enrolment process.
- Drive lead conversion and admission closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission enrollments.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain lead and student records through CRM/lead-management systems.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students.
- Stay updated with university programs and Online Education industry trends.





Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in:
- Online Education / Online Degree Enrolment
- Student Counselling & Admissions
- Student Enrolment & Lead Conversion
- Education Counselling
- CRM & Lead Management

Professionals from College Vidya, Jaro Education, Edhike, UExT, ZSAPIENS, upGrad, Amity Online, Manipal Online, Jain Online, or similar EdTech/Online Education organizations will be preferred.
