- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective students and generate interest in the courses offered.

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, course duration, fees, certifications, and placement assistance.

- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.

- Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to convert enquiries into admissions.

- Achieve assigned monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets.

- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, admissions, and pending enquiries.

- Handle walk-in enquiries and ensure a smooth counselling and admission process.

- Manage the day-to-day operations and overall functioning of the centre.

- Coordinate with trainers, students, and the management team to ensure smooth execution of batches and classes.

- Monitor student attendance, batch schedules, classroom arrangements, and overall centre discipline.

- Address student queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Take responsibility for the overall performance and revenue generation of the centre.





- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding admissions, operations, reports, requirements, and centre-related issues.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to calls, leads, counselling, admissions, collections, and centre performance.

- Maintain a positive and professional setting at the centre and ensure a high level of student satisfaction.

- Identify local business and lead-generation opportunities to increase admissions and strengthen the centre’s presence.

- Take ownership of assigned targets and work independently towards achieving centre-level business goals.

- Candidates with experience in education, training institutes, EdTech, sales, counselling, telecalling, or centre management will be preferred.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, negotiation, leadership, and customer-handling skills are required.

- Graduation in any discipline with basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and computer operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
