Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and student-focused Admissions Counsellor to manage the school admissions process, engage with prospective parents, provide information about the school and its academic programmes, and support families throughout the admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Understand parents' requirements and provide accurate information about the school's curriculum, programmes, facilities, admission criteria, and processes.
- Counsel parents and prospective students regarding suitable academic programmes and grade-level admissions.
- Schedule and coordinate school visits, campus tours, assessments, interviews, and interaction sessions.
- Follow up regularly with prospective parents and maintain a strong enquiry-to-admission conversion pipeline.
- Manage admission applications, documentation,



and related records accurately.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of required admission documents.
- Coordinate with academic coordinators, teachers, administration, and management during the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions using the school's CRM/database.
- Assist parents with the completion of admission forms and clarify queries regarding fees, policies, procedures, and timelines.
- Provide a positive and professional experience to parents and students at every stage of the admission journey.
- Support admission campaigns, open houses, school events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, applications, conversions, and admissions for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.
- Ensure compliance with school admission policies and procedures.
- Perform other admission-related responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
