- Handle walk-in and phone enquiries from parents/students; explain programs, curriculum and fee structure
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions against weekly/monthly targets
- Maintain accurate enquiry-to-admission funnel data (register/CRM) and share daily status with the Zonal Marketing Head
- Coordinate follow-ups with telecallers and PROs so no lead goes cold
- Represent the school at admission events, campus tours and orientation sessions
- Flag competitor offers or objections coming up repeatedly from parents
