Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Experience: 2+ years in Admissions

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective parents and provide detailed information about the school's curriculum, programmes, facilities, and admission process
- Manage the complete admission journey, from enquiry generation to application, follow-ups, and final enrolment
- Conduct effective parent counselling sessions and address queries professionally
- Regularly follow up with prospective parents to ensure timely lead conversion
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling interactions, follow-ups, and admissions
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the leadership, academic team, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless parent experience
- Build robust relationships with prospective and existing parents while maintaining high standards of service

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in school admissions
- Excellent communication, counselling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Solid ability to engage with parents and convert enquiries into admissions
- Pleasing personality with a professional and confident approach
