Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full time, on-site role based in Howrah. The role involves engaging with prospective students and families, explaining academic programs, admission criteria, and school values, and guiding them through the entire admission process.

The Admission

Counsellor will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, conduct campus tours, participate in admission events, and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.



This role also includes coordinating with academic and administrative teams, supporting outreach initiatives, and providing timely follow-ups to ensure a positive admission experience.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Customer service skills to provide a welcoming, supportive, and solution-oriented admission experience.
- Sales-related skills to manage inquiries, convert leads, and meet admission targets ethically and transparently.
- Understanding of the education domain, including school curricula and academic pathways, to advise applicants appropriately.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Education, Management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM or admission management systems).
- Ability to work on-site in Howrah, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized records.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or education administration is an advantage.
