We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, providing accurate information about courses and institutions, following up with leads, and supporting students in making informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Explain courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students based on their academic interests, career goals, and preferences.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries and leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Assist students with application forms, document requirements, and admission-related queries.
- Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.




- Provide timely reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions to the management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling and convincing abilities.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in educational counselling, admissions, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
