Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred Qualification: MBA / Engineering / Any Graduate Job Summary Khodiyar CAD Center is looking for an energetic and student-focused Student Counselor to handle student enquiries, provide course and career guidance, generate admissions, and build strong relationships with students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries from students. Counsel students regarding courses, programs, career options, and placement opportunities . Make calls on leads provided through the ERP/CRM system and convert enquiries into admissions. Follow up regularly with prospective students and generate walk-ins and registrations.

Explain

Khodiyar's courses, training programs, and career benefits effectively. Build strong relationships with students and generate admissions through references. Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up, and admission records in the database.

Coordinate with Marketing, Business Development, and Training teams . Support marketing events, seminars, campaigns, and student activities. Help students understand industry requirements and career opportunities in design and engineering.





Handle the complete counselling-to-admission process and achieve assigned targets. Provide a positive experience to students and parents throughout the admission process.

Candidate Profile Excellent

English, Hindi, and Gujarati communication skills . Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Pleasant and presentable personality. Student-oriented with solid interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and comfortable working with admission targets.

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills. Quick learner with good analytical and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, energetic, and a strong team player. Basic knowledge of MS Office . Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

The JD specifically emphasizes lead calling, admission conversion, walk-in handling, student counselling, relationship building, coordination with marketing/BDE teams, and achieving company targets.
