Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage inbound calls from prospective parents to provide information about our schools

- Identify student needs and guide them based on their academic background and career goals.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with parents, including notes on conversations and follow-up actions taken.

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues or concerns raised by students during phone calls.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related field.

- Robust communication skills for effective cold calling and conversation management.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets and deadlines.
