Admission Counsellor

- Guide students and parents regarding Aakash courses such as NEET, JEE, Foundation, and other academic programs.

- Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses.

- Explain course structure, fees, scholarship tests, batch details, and program benefits.

- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.

- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

- Maintain accurate student and lead information in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.

- Address queries and resolve concerns professionally.

- Participate in seminars, school visits, education fairs, scholarship tests, and promotional activities.

- Support marketing initiatives to increase student inquiries and admissions.

- Maintain a positive and professional image of the organization.

Key Responsibilities





Student Counselling

Lead Management

Admission Conversion

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly admission targets.

- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Relationship Management

- Develop strong relationships with students and parents.

- Handle queries, objections, and concerns effectively.

- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the admission process.
