Role Description The Administrative Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City, responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations and executive coordination. This role includes managing schedules and calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing basic reports and documentation.

Executive will oversee general office administration, including record maintenance, vendor coordination, office supplies, and support for internal and external events.
The role also involves liaising with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication, and providing administrative assistance to leadership while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Compensation for this role is up to 3.5 LPA, aligned with experience and competencies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, meetings, documentation, and executive support efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid General Administration skills, including office coordination, record-keeping, basic compliance support, and vendor or facility management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with stakeholders, draft clear emails and documents, and collaborate across teams.
- Candidates should ideally have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic data handling, and familiarity with office productivity and collaboration tools.
- Candidates should typically have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, prior experience in an administrative or office management role, and the ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner.
- Candidates should demonstrate integrity, discretion in handling sensitive information, time management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
