Role: Central HR Management Services (Administration) Lead

Job Profile:
Lead Central Services across corporate, regional, project and site offices, ensuring consistent workplace, facilities, site management, compliance, travel, insurance, engagement, safety and service standards. Drive standardization, digitization, commercial discipline and cost efficiency to strengthen associate experience, governance and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Services, Workplace & Site Management
- Lead integrated facilities, workplace, site administration, space, safety, crisis, travel and mobility services across all offices and sites.
- Standardize service levels, infrastructure and associate experience across corporate, regional, project and site offices.
- Ensure reliable workplace infrastructure, office/site services, readiness for recent setups and business continuity.
Vendor, Commercial & Insurance Management
- Own vendor strategy, empanelment, SLA governance, performance and service quality across Central Services.
- Drive commercial discipline, contract governance, insurance renewals/claims and timely service partner payments.
- Partner with Procurement to optimize service and supplier value, continuity, commercial outcomes and cost savings.
Stakeholder, Engagement & Team Leadership
- Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, business teams, authorities, insurers and service partners.
- Lead HRMS/Central Services and site teams to deliver consistent service standards, engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Drive change, innovation, accountability and team capability through clear service metrics and governance.
Budget, Compliance & Controls
- Lead annual budgets and cost management across administration, travel, engagement, insurance and other assigned Central Services portfolios.
- Ensure statutory licences, registrations, certifications, audit readiness and operational compliance across offices and sites.
- Strengthen controls across procurement, invoicing, payments, assets, MIS and management reporting.
Process, Digitization & Service Excellence
- Drive SOP standardization, process innovation, automation and digitization of Central Services and site administration.
- Build scalable, data-led service models to improve satisfaction, efficiency, compliance and cost effectiveness.
- Use service, cost, compliance and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Service Governance & Risk
- Establish governance for service quality, safety, compliance, business continuity and operational risk across offices and sites.
- Review service performance, budgets, compliance and improvement priorities with key stakeholders and ensure timely closure of gaps.
Skills & Competencies:
- 18 - 20 years of relevant experience in large corporate/MNC environments, with exposure to multi-location administration, Central Services, workplace and site management.
- Strong decision-making, stakeholder management, team leadership, collaboration, innovation, commercial acumen and cost-consciousness.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate / Masters preferred. Additional Educational Qualification: Relevant certification/exposure in Administration, Facilities Management, Compliance, Travel, Insurance, Budget Management or Process/Digital Transformation preferred.
