Accounts Manager - MIS & Costing

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager - MIS & Costing for a leading manufacturing organization. This is a core Accounts & Finance role requiring strong experience in manufacturing finance, costing, MIS, ERP, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and business performance reports for leadership.
- Perform variance analysis and support business decisions with meaningful financial insights.
- Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation, ageing analysis, and cost allocation.
- Manage month-end closing, General Ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with Production, Stores, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate cost capture and inventory accounting.
- Support statutory, internal, and cost audits.
- Drive reporting automation and process improvements using ERP,



Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.

Desired Skills

- 8-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience in Product Costing and Standard Costing.
- Good understanding of Inventory Accounting and Variance Analysis.
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Robust knowledge of MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Dashboards).
- Exposure to Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com
- CA Inter / CMA (ICWA) Inter preferred
