We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the overall accounting function and ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, audits, and timely closure of accounts. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting processes, financial statements, taxation, MIS, and Tally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall books of accounts and oversee day-to-day accounting activities.

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.

- Prepare and review financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.

- Support financial forecasting and participate in the annual budgeting process.

- Identify and assess financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Monitor and review bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the required financial information and documentation.

- Ensure timely closure of audit observations.

- Ensure accounting practices are aligned with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.





- Support taxation and compliance teams with relevant financial data and documentation.

- Provide financial data, analysis, and insights to management for decision-making.

- Maintain accurate and proper financial records and documentation.

- Prepare and present Accounts MIS, dashboards, and financial reports to management.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting-related activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- M.Com / Inter CA qualification.

- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

- Candidates with Real Estate industry experience will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, and statutory compliance.

- Experience in independently managing the overall accounting function.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
