Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & MIS (preferably in the food, FMCG, manufacturing, or retail industry)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts & MIS Executive to manage daily accounting activities, the candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience in handling financial data, inventory records, and management reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting transactions including sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts & MIS roles.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or ERP accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
