We are seeking an experienced and reliable Accounts Manager who is committed to building a long-term career with our organization. The ideal candidate should be between 30-40 years of age, with strong accounting expertise, leadership ability, and a stable work history Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax,



and other statutory regulations Handle budgeting and cash flow management Coordinate with auditors during financial audits Supervise and guide junior accounting staff Monitor expenses and support cost-control initiatives Maintain solid internal financial controls and documentation Eligibility Age: 28 years and above preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance Minimum 4–8 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of MS-Excel & Tally Proven experience in handling company accounts independently Skills Required Strong analytical and numerical ability High attention to detail and accuracy Leadership and team management skills Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data Good communication and coordination skills
