Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager Accounts & Finance to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, and banking activities.

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance management, banking operations, and fund management.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and General Ledger.
- Experience in preparing and posting journal entries.
- Hands on experience in month-end closing, finalization of accounts, and preparation of MIS reports.
- Manage fund flow, cash flow, vendor payments, and working capital.
- Handled banking activities,



including bank facilities, Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee coordination, and banker relationships.
- Experience in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
- Experience in Coordinating with statutory and internal auditors for audits and financial requirements.
- Supervise payroll processing and employee reimbursement activities.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.
- Solid knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, online banking, fund management, and financial reporting.
